resepi cream puff utk mereka yg berminat

Cream Puff 328626039

Cream Puff 328626048

145gm butter
250gm water
3 gm salt
200gm high protein/suferfine-utk lebih lembut
350 egg (6 biji ler.. anggaran satu telur 60gm)


1.masak air, garam ngan butter dalam mangkuk stainless steel
2.kacau dengan senduk kayu hingga mendidih
3. Ketepikan dan masukkan tepung dengan segera
4.Mix dalam 10 saat
5. Telur dipukul dulu di luar..
6. masukkan sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam mixer tadi
7. medium speed sampai jadi smooth texture
8. masukkan dalam piping bag(854) dan paipkan dari tgh, keliling tgh tadi naik atas ke tgh balik.
9.bakar 210 darjah utk 25 minit..
10. tambahan: bakar guna api atas dan bawah...

semua bahan2 di atas putar ye...
boleh dipaipkan dalam cream puff.
